1-2-1 Personal Training

Training person to person in my private gym facility I can support you with weight management, fitness, stamina and strength.

This will not only enable you to develop confidence within the gym environment but in yourself.

Online Programming

I can build customised weekly programmes based on your goals, which you can either use at home or in your local gym.

They include daily hour sessions with a Warm up, Strength session, Workout and Cool down.

Train With A Friend

By training with a friend this can add a different dimension to your sessions.

This will involve a hour with a partner or friend working together towards both individuals goals.

Facilities

I have a well equipped home gym near the Mendip Hills in Somerset with a wide range of free weights, mobility and cardio equipment which allows me to cover pretty much all levels of fitness and provide very flexible programming.
